We currently ship orders across India.

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 4–8 business days, depending on the destination and courier partner.

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including courier delays, weather conditions, strikes, or regional restrictions.

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment.

Once an order has been shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS.

Delivery Issues & Damaged Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images and your order details.

After verification, we will arrange a replacement for the affected item.

We do not offer returns or refunds. Replacements are provided only in genuine cases of damage or incorrect shipment.

  • We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect address details provided by the customer.

  • Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
