Return & Replacement Policy

At Zivara, each piece is carefully crafted and quality-checked before dispatch. Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns or refunds once an order has been delivered.

However, we do offer replacement in the following cases:

Eligible for Replacement

A replacement will be provided only if:

  • The product received is damaged

  • The product received is defective

  • The product received is incorrect (wrong item sent)

Replacement Conditions

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • An unboxing video is mandatory (from sealed package to product)

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Replacement is subject to verification and approval

Not Eligible for Replacement

  • Size issues or personal preference

  • Minor color variations due to lighting or screen differences

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

  • Requests raised after 48 hours of delivery

Refunds

  • No refunds are provided

  • In rare cases where a replacement is not possible, a store credit may be issued at our discretion
